I understand that GMK reserves all rights to select and publish any, all or none of my submitted profile.

I understand that any recommendations shared by GMK money coaches in response to my profile are for entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as specific financial advice. I understand that I should consult a licensed financial or tax advisor before making any meaningful financial decisions.

I waive any right to royalties or other payment for the use of my profile and I also waive the right to inspect or approve Get Money Knowledge’s use of the profile or its recommendation in response to the profile.

I release and waive and agree to hold Get Money Knowledge, its agents, and its contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their use of the profile and I agree not to bring any such claims against the released parties at any time in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for violation of publicity rights and privacy rights, claims based on moral rights, claims for intrusion, claims for defamation, claims for fraud, claims for infliction of emotional distress, claims resulting from financial loss and claims for copyright or other intellectual property infringement, whether those claims may be based on statutes or the common law.
